If I could give zero stars I would. My mom and I went for a consultation on Tuesday with Erin and booked appointments... on Friday to get highlights for my graduation. We show up on Friday for our highlights which were booked for 9:15 and they say they can’t find any appointments for us in their system. Erin came to the front and confirmed that we did indeed book appointments for that day but she did not know where they went. We had receipts from our consultation also confirming our appointments on Friday. The receptionists were very unprofessional and said it wouldn’t be correct if they squeezed us in. Drove out 40 minutes just for them to say our appointments got lost. Worst experience I have had at a salon.read more

It's been a while since my last facial but Inna was amazing! Sometimes i have a small breakout afterwards but not this... time. The products were great & it was a very relaxing atmosphere. Since they've just moved to a new location she even took me on a tour of the new place which was nice. I will be back!read more

Beautiful brand-new facility. From the time I walked in, through my appointments and back out the door, everyone was... friendly and happy. I had my eyebrows done by Ina who was skilled and detailed. My pedicure was with Anna. She did a wonderful job. I appreciated her color assistance, patience, and friendly attitude. The salon was clean and has plenty of space. An added benefit, I love that it is near my home!read more

Kristin was the best hairstylist I've ever been to, and I used to be a salon receptionist so I am familiar with the... industry. She really listed to details about my lifestyle with little kiddos to create a haircut that worked for me. She also asked about the products I use and my typical hair routine and recommended products that would work for me without being pushy, which I REALLY appreciated. I go to someone else for my color but will be switching over all my services to Kristin because of the wonderful service she provided. I wanted to tip her 100%, but, you know, daycare ain't cheap 🙂read more
