Covid-19 Safety Policies

Reservations – First time guests
A non-refundable 50% deposit on a major credit card will reserve your appointment time for any service that requires one hour or more. (excluding nail services). The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your service.

Appointment and Cancellations
We maintain a 24-hour notice when altering appointment services and 72-hour notice for altering massage, facial, and all hair color services.

Last Minute Cancellations and “No-Shows”
Kindly respecting our cancellation policy means everyone can secure appointments when needed. We understand that life is busy and things change, but ample time is needed to re-book your service provider’s time with another guest. A non-refundable 50% deposit on a major credit card will be required to reserve your future appointments if you have cancelled in less than 24 hours, or “no-showed” for any service more than twice.

Your Happiness is Our Goal
At Avalon, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not delighted with your experience, we will provide a corrective service appointment. Simply book it within one week of your original service. Please note that some texture and color services require at-home care, so these services are only guaranteed if the recommended professional products were used after leaving the salon.

Product Returns
We want our salon products to bring you joy. If you are not satisfied with a purchased product, you can exchange the item or receive salon credit within 30 days of your purchase. That said, all makeup sales are final.

Communication and Environmental Impact
In order to fully unwind and to provide an enjoyable experience for all of our salon guests, please silence cell phones while in the salon and spa. Our service menus and receipts are now paperless and accessible on your mobile devices. To be as kind to the earth as possible, we try to eliminate all paper waste.

Children under the age of ten are welcome in the salon if they are receiving a service. No children are permitted in the spa unless receiving a service. Children receiving a spa service must be accompanied by a parent. This ensures safety and relaxation for our spa guests.
