If I could give zero stars I would. My mom and I went for a consultation on Tuesday with Erin and booked appointments on Friday to get highlights for my graduation. We show up on Friday for our highlights which were booked for 9:15 and they say they can’t find any appointments for us in their system. Erin came to the front and confirmed that we did indeed book appointments for that day but she did not know where they went. We had receipts from our consultation also confirming our appointments on Friday. The receptionists were very unprofessional and said it wouldn’t be correct if they squeezed us in. Drove out 40 minutes just for them to say our appointments got lost. Worst experience I have had at a salon.

It's been a while since my last facial but Inna was amazing! Sometimes i have a small breakout afterwards but not this time. The products were great & it was a very relaxing atmosphere. Since they've just moved to a new location she even took me on a tour of the new place which was nice. I will be back!

Beautiful brand-new facility. From the time I walked in, through my appointments and back out the door, everyone was friendly and happy. I had my eyebrows done by Ina who was skilled and detailed. My pedicure was with Anna. She did a wonderful job. I appreciated her color assistance, patience, and friendly attitude. The salon was clean and has plenty of space. An added benefit, I love that it is near my home!

Marina did a great job highlighting my hair! I am thrilled with the way it looks. She has high attention to detail, technically and aesthetically. She asked me many questions before beginning in order to understand what I wanted. And afterwards she styled it beautifully. I highly recommend Marina's excellent services.

I gifted my wife a haircut here. Marina took her time to examine the shape, style and cut of my wife’s hair before the shampoo so she could give her a great trim. she had a great first experience and will be back for more! Happy wife, happy life!

I had a fantastic massage with Jeff at Avalon! My only reason for the four stars rather than five is the price. I pay significantly less at other comparable salon/spas.

Went in for a facial and was expecting the usual cleansing and moisturizing but left feeling like a brand new girl! It was so soothing, so relaxing. Amy has over 20 years of experience and it shows in her passion for what she does. I look forward to the next facial!

Sofie is wonderful! She always listens to what I want and does a fabulous job. She is kind and courteous as well and has a great eye for the perfect color for me. Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing pedi. Amy also did a great job on my eyebrows on my previous visit.

Was so thrilled with my haircut I just love it!!! Absolutely will come back to Marina for all my future cuts. She really took time with me to discuss what I was looking for (it had been a long time since my last cut) she really was terrific!!!😄

Caitlyn did a great job cutting and styling my hair. She took the time to talk to me about my hair, what I was looking for in a cut and how I style it at home. The front desk staff was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable during my short wait. Very happy with the salon and everyone there!!

Best hair cut that gave me a fresh look from a very knowledgeable stylist. Thank you so much Christine!!! She gave me great ideas on how to maintain my hair and what products to use. A++++. Highly recommend this stylist and this salon. Already booked my return visit. Covid safe protocols followed. I felt very safe and well taken care of by the entire staff.

I couldn’t be happier with the pedicure I had at Avalon before my daughter’s wedding. Becky was awesome and the entire staff went over and above to ensure it was a clean, safe, and overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bit of pampering in these stressful times!

Kristin was the best hairstylist I've ever been to, and I used to be a salon receptionist so I am familiar with the industry. She really listed to details about my lifestyle with little kiddos to create a haircut that worked for me. She also asked about the products I use and my typical hair routine and recommended products that would work for me without being pushy, which I REALLY appreciated. I go to someone else for my color but will be switching over all my services to Kristin because of the wonderful service she provided. I wanted to tip her 100%, but, you know, daycare ain't cheap 🙂

Kristin was wonderful! This was my first time at the spa and I will definitely be back. Kristin took the time to understand what I was looking for in a haircut and style. Then she “got to know” my hair - the colics and waves. She gave me a precision haircut. I’m thrilled that I went in. I highly recommend Avalon spa and Kristin!
